Hi, I'm Sophia
I've been a professional photographer for 6 years now. I love what I do- meeting people, documenting journeys and capturing precious moments in time.
I'm proud mum of three beautiful children, twins and one. I love adventuring and being out in the great outdoors.
Where am I based?
I am based in Leitrim in the beautiful sleepy village of Keshcarrigan. I travel all over with my work and I am always in my element in my car, sipping a coffee with some good musicon.
Most of my work takes place in Leitrim, Sligo, Roscommon Longford and Cavan but I can travel further upon request.
I am also happy to travel overseas should the call arise!
My experience
My journey as an artist started as a child, I was always creating art.
In college I studied design and sculpture, and after this I went on to work with Luxury jewellery brands.
I felt called to come back to create and studied photography in the National College of Art and Design, Dublin.
I am a lifelong learner and my education is always continuing as I train with some of the best photographers in the industry.
